Blake Campbell was born and raised in Lafollette Tn. He first started learning guitar from his grandmother while working on his Grandparents farm . He would take what he learned and play in Church from the age of 12 on through highschool. The roots of Southern Gospel can be heard in his powerful playing of blues and rock. He would put the guitar down for a United States Marine Corp uniform from 2003 -2007. It was during this time he served a tour in Iraq before coming home to the East Tn mountains he had always called home. He would soon after start one of his first bands and start building on his own style of playing and songwriting. He has shared the stage with performers such as Tommy Shannon and Chris Layton better known as Double Trouble from Stevie Ray Vaughan fame. He is greatly influenced by Freddy King, Jimi Hendrix, Anthony Gomes, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Walter Trout and Gary Moore. He has played many venues through Tennessee and Georgia spreading his style of Southern Rock and Country influenced blues. He currently plays a 60 Fender Stratocaster through a Mesa Boogie Maverick or 64 Fender Vibro Verb.
